The Embodied Leadership Collective is a movement designed to ignite feminine leaders, coaches, and SOULpreneurs into the bold, dynamic leaders they were born to be. Rooted in connection over competition, we cultivate conscious leadership through deep self-exploration, radical self-acceptance, and embodied success.
Founded in 2022 by Adriana Jimenez, this collective was born from a desire to support visionary women who often lack the mentorship needed to build a sustainable business. Instead of struggling in isolation, she saw an opportunity to bridge the gap—creating a space where women rise together. In 2025, Co-Founders Preet Sidhu and Mona Gonzalez joined the mission, bringing their wisdom and expertise to expand this thriving community.
Together, we are a powerhouse team of heart-centered entrepreneurs committed to sharing resources, guiding transformation, and helping you step into your confidence as a leader and facilitator. This is more than a network—it’s a sanctuary for growth, support, and stepping fully into your power.

How is this different from other business memberships?

We focus deeply on the human journey of leadership. Many conscious creators come to this work with a soulful vision but may lack the business experience and knowledge to build a sustainable business model and share their vision with the world - and let's be honest here, many people on the soul-aligned path don't get there from a life of ease, instead they have overcome earth shaking experiences that have led them to be trailblazers in their niche, with a desire to brig greater purpose in the world!

When do live calls happen?
Our weekly call takes place every Friday at 8:30am PST. Please see www.worldtimebuddy.com for time conversions.
We also have 1 monthly call at an alternate time to honor and provide more collaborative opportunities for working professionals and our global members who may not be able to make the regular recurring calls.
Special Guest Speaking Events are scheduled at the convenience of our Guest Presenters.
What if I miss a call?
No worries, replays are posted on our private channel and the conversations keep flowing in our group chat. That said, so you can engage as much or as little as you need.
However, the more you show up for yourself and develop consistent sustainable habits, the faster you’ll see shifts blossom in your business and leadership.
Is this only for business owners?
This is for any female entrepreneur who desires to lead with more confidence, clarity, and embodiment. We have members who are coaches, small business owners, professionals, artists, creators, facilitators, and practitioners, teachers and guides.
Can I get direct coaching from the founders?
Absolutely! Our founders are active coaches with their own areas of specialty and love working 1-on-1 or providing mentorship to ELC Group Members.

Can I cancel anytime?
In short - Yes, you can cancel anytime, but trust me—you won’t want to. This is a space that fuels your growth, accountability, and expansion like nothing else.
If you do decide to cancel, you may do so through your Podia membership portal. You will continue to have access through the remainder of your billing period.
