Somewhere along the way, I lost myself - buried beneath a mask of anxiety so loud it kept me from leaving my own home.
I'd spent years overachieving and overgiving to earn my worth: as an employee, partner, mom, daughter, woman. Spoiler: perfectionism doesn't buy self-love, no matter how hard you overpay for it. So I stripped it all down, peeled back the masks, and found who the f* I am buried underneath it all - sensual, creative, rebellious, and real.
Turns out the anxiety that made me think I was broken? Just disconnection in disguise - and connection is how I reclaimed every piece of me.
